So fucking tired that when I read my assigned reading for Systems Analysis, its like I dont understand words. And Ill doze off, then for a second not know where I am and feel disoriented.

But seriously, now my keyboards symbol layouts all fucked up and my brains fucked up too. Staying awake until 12AM, right now its 2PM. Want to finish as much reading as possible to get ahead.

If you start sleeping according to your REM cycle you start focusing a lot better. I heard that eating 3 meals a day and keeping regular with that helps too because hunger distracts your mind.
