Kilogram = 1000 grams
Gram = measurement of mass
Weight = the amount of gravitational pull an object has due to its amount of mass
Pound = measurement of pull

People often think they are equivalent measurements, like meters and feet, but no.

That's a pretty extravagant way of making it harder for Americans to understand.

Oly bar doesn't have bigger weights for it? Invest in some mang. Isolation lifts only go so far.

Good job trying to be a smartass and fucking up. There is more than one definition of pound. One is force as you noted, but the more common (and obvious in this case) usage is as a measure of mass.

thanks bro, will do.

Atm I can lift the entire case but BARELY and that is saying that I pretty much used every ounce of force I had to bring it up the 30 or so stairs from the road to my house. Fucking nigger deliveryman didn't even want to help.
