Spacebook.
It's heavy as far as laptops go, but it's basically a desktop anyway, so in that sense it's very light.

Spacebook is fucking stupid so quit suggesting it. Why would he take it to class when it has a 2 hour battery?

@OP what's your price limit?

just shoot, I'm on the paper trail getting bitches, LLOLOLOLOLOLOLOOLOLLO

Spacebook for sure then.
Any decent college has outlets in their classrooms, I've never had to worry about battery life with my laptops, there are outlets fucking everywhere.
And it's well worth the power and screens.

No. It's not. The performance is horrible, the dual screens is retarded, and the price is ridiculously high for such utter shit. If I ever saw anyone with it I'd just snap a screen off of it.

As far as ultrabooks go Lenovo has a pretty good line going and the ASUS Zenbook series is pretty good.

I agree with everyone, Spacebook is pretty bad... screen thing is cool though.

Go with an MSI or ASUS laptop, I have no idea why anyone would want an ultrabook.

Best of MSI: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834152305
Best of ASUS: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834230197

And if you're willing to spend more for better, there's this: http://originpc.com/eon17-x-gaming-laptop-features.asp

Well for $2000 the specs are godawful.
That's more overpriced than Alienware laptops.

Find a laptop with the same specs, add $300 for the screens, it should be close, the difference is the cost of having the dual screen setup...

Things to know about any new hp laptops:
The beats speakers and "subwoofer" are the weakest speakers known to man, not that it matters in a laptop.
The cases easily crack.
The operating system comes with too much bloatware to do anything so you have to save an image of it and install a fresh copy of windows.
Not as overpriced as alienware or apple, but still quite a bit of extra markup.

You should read my post Shrooms.
I agree with Cryoma about ASUS and MSI.
