Hacking is not a crime. Hacking is education; using the information gathered to better yourself.
Hacking to damage in any way shape or form another persons' property is illegal- money is property.

Buuuut if you still want to, the maximum sentence for credit card fraud is Life imprisonment, which oddly enough is 21 (20 in some states/countries) years.

Hes requesting a money hack for a game called 'Urban-rivals'.

I can't guarantee that the game method of money is called 'credits' or that he wants to fake real credit card numbers to obtain in game money and such.

I think he's saying that there are Credits in game, with which you buy Cards of some sort.
