I don't get it, is the sleeping medicine to help you stay awake, or go to sleep? If the latter, why would you take it in the morning?

most sleep medicines works as anxiolytics at lower doses and you can get tolerant quick so up the dose. also medicines take at least 2 hours before they show their effect, sometimes more.

also they fail to work sometime, i have used this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alprazolam even though what it says fast acting, i can't feel any shit at all and no i don't do drugs at all or over taken it. I don't get addicted to weed either (smoking and shit etc.).

everyone is different so it doesn't make you a retard if the medicine doesn't work as supposed. It makes you a retard for not knowing much about medicine and humans though
