I need one of y'all's help.

How do I get the save fill off of a steam game onto another computer?

Would "Backup game files" work

Depends on the game.

Look in /Steam/steamapps/[account name if valve game/"common" if not a valve game]/[Game name]. That most likely has it, if it isn't in your documents/games folder.

Backup game files works, even lets you stipulate the size of the files so you can fit on CD/DVD/FAT32.

usually placed in My Documents for actual 'saves'

Not there, though my Skyrim save is, so when I move computers that's good to know.

If anyone cares it's for Lego Harry Potter 1-4

One of the parts in the game consistently crashes my computer, and I want to see if it works on my new computer.
