because unlike your saggy ass that sits in the corner of a cold dark basement , some people actually exercise and feel fatigue.

Who said I was only benching? I was also curling the barbell and doing some other crazy stuff that they show in the packet that came with it.

You shouldn't be lifting in a consecutive pattern first of all..
Even if that was the fact, you probably don't lift all that much?
A good one day work out(benching in this case) will kill your arms and the day after sore. Bro, u smokin or wuttt?

Have you heard about a split before? I don't go and work on the same body part day after day. Also benching doesn't "kill your arms", it's a chest workout and even though the lockout phase is mainly using triceps that's not enough to "kill your arms". shh brah

Up2:Well that explains it then.

If your arms don't hurt/feel very tired then you aren't doing it enough. It's called a work out for a reason.
