2. is possible to just change processor instead of whole mainboard

They all fit, its that your pc has a power supply that can manage.
You can only change your cpu to something your mainboard supports. So get the model number and look it up.

1. By checking your mobo and PSU. If your mobo has the correct slot (e.g some GPU requires two PCI-e x16 slots) and your PSU can provide enough power then YES.
2. Yes and NO. Depends on your mobo. Some i7 processors e.g requires a different type of motherboard than other i7 processors. Post your specs with company name etc. so we can better tell.
