That's what I'm saying. A huge swarm came from one direction, I turned around and saw another, bigger mob, I tried to kill one at a time so that I could back out and deal with them in a few seconds, but then all of a sudden my weapons wouldn't work (not even knife), everything went red a few seconds later, and I died. Is there a cool-down on knife or something? Just bought this and didn't check to see if there was anything more then the basic functions I know from other games.

switch gun
win

... There is no limit on the range, you just can't aim.

yes shoot the fucking head every time. no range upgrade, with SS you get an extra % to head shot so it should be really easy from far away if you just aim around its head
