How do I cheat?

I noticed some values will be the most stuborn thing ever.They sometimes won't change when activated to be changed in the cheat table.

I am not sure why this is or what I can do about it.

Heres one of the things I need help on.

I noticed these 4 codes are part of the sprinting system on the game Hidden and dangerous 2. Thier values change when you sprint so I know they are the right ones.


(Hidden and Dangerous 2 Sprinting Codes)
Adress/Type/Value(0-100)

043AD090/Byte/0-100
043AD090/2 Bytes/0-100
043AD090/4 Bytes/0-100
043AD090/8 Bytes/0-100

I know where the codes are and everything,but when I try to have them changed they will not change. Any solutions to this? Everything is right,but I need to change those values,but they don't want to change.

That actually does not mean it's the right one. It's only the right one if you change it with ce and then change it in the game, the result is what you changed it to with the difference of the change you made in the game

Could be this is just a visual representation used for calculations. Perhaps the value is stored as a float or double, or even text. Or if the max is 100 and you're currently at 99, it's stored as 1 instead
