I tried making a canadian paypal but it still knows I'm in the US and therefor requires verification with a bank account.
Can someone in Canada just jiffy me up a fake paypal account so I can have a verified one to accept donations?

After you login to the PP (give it like 3 days or less) it will be limited.

it already is limited
I want unlimited
well I mean I don't care about the spending limit things cause I'm not going over that, but I just want to accept donations and be able to purchase shit with my paypal balance.
