See, I'm trying to make a perfect 6 on this essay.
Subject: Alot of teens are always out late getting into trouble. Some teens in such called gangs are rioting and hurting people more lately. These are some causes in the USA right now.
Question: Should we enforce an curfew so that teens cannot be out at a later time? Why or why not?
Pretty much is this, I don't need you to "write" the essay for me. I just want thoughts and ideas on how I can write a perfect 6(highest grade for me in writing). BTW, either way is fine to me. You can choose why or why not. I just want simply very good ideas.

| no, that would be retarded. we already have laws to prevent shit. and they're not working. why would another one stop the people that aren't obeying already.

It just doesn't make sense, if a law isn't being followed in the first place what would make people want to respect a curfew. Even if you were to put more cops to enforce the curfew why weren't those cops out to stop the rioting?
