I honestly don't see the problem here..
it's only bad if you feel like that guy who came up with everything. My friend and I singlehandedly started "u mad bro?" at my school, but we don't get credit for it. It's no big deal to us though though. So yea, it's bad if you're a solitary internet prick who thinks they and only they are entitled to internet memes, but to people with a healthy brain and average social life, this isn't a problem.

Taking jokes that belong to a culture and bringing them to one that does not understand them is not a problem? Not only is it a problem for us, but also for the kids watching the cartoon.

Its not spreading, its slandering. Imagine taking jokes from one country and brining them here, where they have no place and are unfunny, then not only that we rewrite the jokes to fit our own needs and no one knows they are stolen.
It really is stolen material, I don't see how plagiarism is okay, its completely stolen and they are going to make a profit from it

You think the world isnt retarded enough without throwin memes in it all? People need to learn to differentiate between humor thats appropriate in life outside of the internet and in it. Plus, much of the humor thats devised within the realms of the mad god are purely contextual, they arent funny because of whats said, but its timing. Worst of all is as Brolock said, they use it not for its humor or because they want to bring its wisdom to the masses, but because they know its popular and want to bandwagon on it to make a easy buck.
