Hi guys,
I was looking for the instant build adress and I found something. Well now, I have to look in my codelist and read with "Find out what addresses this code reads from". Then I can see adress of the timer (cooldown) when is unit finished.
Memory Viewer shows this:

My goal is to "nop" or change something that I can build without looking for address, because like you know the address are from buildings to buildings not same. But I don't know continue. The all fstp, fldz, everything is new for me. ( Am also not pro at this ) fsubp is looks like substract.. but thats all.. :S

'nop'ing is not a really good idea as it may lead to infinite build time. Some games look at the 'HP' while others may have a separate timer for the building of units/structures. What you want is change the code so that it reaches the final value instantly.
fld = load floating point value from the current pointer position in the floating point register stack to said location
fstp = store floating point value at said location ... in the case of fstp st(0), it means to clear the value at floating point register stack location 0. In your code, it means to store the value of the current floating point register pointer to the address location dword ptr [ebp+2c].
Right click on the code 5D0753EF - d9 5d 2c - fstp dword ptr [ebp+2c] and click on 'What addresses this code writes to' When CE finds the addresses, look at each address and check the registers' (including floating point) values. If it matches what you're looking for, you can then begin to filter out player vs AI as I doubt you'll want the AI to have instant build too.
NOTE: Some games such as Empire Earth III, god mode and instant structure build is the same code because it looks at the % of HP. Making that % 100 gives instant structure build and god mode for units and structures.
