I keep getting the Invalid IPA or some shit like that. But I'm running it on an iPad 2 help for rep+ once I can actually rep again

Do you always get it or from certain apps ?

Do you have the correct Appsync for you version ?

that's the problem !
Open cydia and search for AppSync and download the one for your Firmware (Ios Version)

Basically , this is the thing that allows you to install cracked Apps (.ipa's)

That's uncommon I already Jailbroken an Iphone and Ipad wifi just make sure that it's from hackulous because there are other appSync that are unofficial.
