(To be honest I hope that From will show me something good again and if they do not they are just another developer that will be scratched from my list of good ones. I hope the popularity Dark Souls got didn't spoil the studio.)

Yeah, not sure why they named it Dark Souls 2. But there's really not much room for error in a Souls game, so I'm expecting good. And I noticed it says "PC" so hopefully that means day 1 PC support. And maybe make it a bit more open-source so some actual mods can be released. I know that not every game on PC should be modifiable, but that's one of the things that I love about games on PC... so I've got my finger crossed on that.

Also even if it's not as difficult as the other Souls games, I would still play the shit out of it because I love the lore and gameplay enough.

Oh and to be fair, the only reason I liked Dark Souls sooo much more than Demon's Souls is because it was eventually available on PC. I literally have no friends that play games on PS3.

the reason dark souls wasn't demons souls 2 was because its not a sequel technically and it is a 'spiritual successor'

you fuckin retards, they have different publishers they probably were unable to make it a direct sequel

No shit , you guys were complaining that just because it has a 2 in the title that it would be shit, when its entirely possible that dark souls could have just been demon souls 2 and it wouldn't have made a difference, just because it has a 2 in the title doesn't mean its going to be bad, if what you said is true that its different characters and universe then the 2 is just to clear up the confusion that many people had regarding demons souls and dark souls relationship, the 2 is just to make it easier for people to know its a similar game.
