Hi all. I Wonder how can i send a text into addres that he will send it to the game. For Example: Counter-Strike. How can i find the addres (pointer) ? and when i edit it to send the text into game. All examples are welcome. Thanks. PP: Sorry for my bad english i hope you understand me guys.

Do you mean finding a function to send text to a game similar to:
void SendText( const char* text )?

If so, find the current string in the text box that receives text from user (so a console of some sort). Find out what accesses the string and take a look at the opcode. Most likely, you will land in a loop that is processing each character of the string. From there you can easily trace back to the beginning of a such a function (depending on the game, you might have to trace back a few calls when the game doesn't process and send text in the same function).

For Counter-Strike you are better off hooking the interfaces and using the SDK to do what you need. There are a ton of examples of hooking the Source Engine stuff on Game-Deception. (http://www.gamedeception.net/content/) Keep in mind, they aren't a noob friendly community so if you land up having questions you'll probably just get flamed for asking them there.

i ask for counter-strike / Half-Life .... who can give me examples how to find the addresses
