| I want to push myself to learn some sort of programming language properly, but I don't know what I would enjoy. I don't intend to go and use it in a career unless I get ridiculously good at it (not gonna happen, I'm an artist!) so I'm just looking for something that would be fun for me to learn. I'm a huge fan of the English language, digital art in all it's many forms, and fluidity in GUIs. Any suggestions?

Everything is a float, except _x and _y, using vector applications to this DIRECTLY will result in a position that is further off than your dick from any averagely looking girl.
I uhm.. I think I'll just suggest c++. It will just feel so natural in the end. I can give you some tuts so that you can learn how to make small 2d games with ease.

Learn some action script 2.0. I don't remember a lot though. Download adobe flash 8 and make your self a game.
