The torrents I got a while ago won't upload or download anymore. (or real slow at like 1 to 5 kB/s)

When I get a new torrent, first it downloads at a normal rate, but when it's done downloading, same thing happens as to the other ones and it uploads real slow or doesn't upload at all.

I use µTorrent

Some ISP don't allow uploading I think

I used to upload all the time and never had any trouble with it.
However, my ISP does have a download limit. Maybe it also has an upload limit and I passed it.

how is that not possible? its very likely. and thats how torrents work, if nobody is there to download it or upload it from you, then how can you be receiving/sending data? would you send it to nobody? no, you just don't send it.
