If so typically how many views/subscribers must you have to get one?

I am attempting to get one and want some idea.

and that's probably the LEAST.
if you have shitty videos you still won't get partnership until you get like 100k views on every video

Ok well I started posting videos nearing a week ago. I have 1,100 video views and around 400 channel views. 5 videos all averaging around 300+ views. 54 subscribers in 1 week. If this rate continues I'll be doing rather well thanks.
