Cheat Engine

The little yellow light on the top right of my 3DS keeps on blinking.

The manual says it blinks when you're sending/receiving data, but I have no clue what it's sending/receiving.

It's been like this for hours

streetpass shit or if its connected to wifi then it will do that

it'll give it to you randomly
you can put the 3ds in sleep mode and close it and just walk around with it if you want, and if you pass by people with pokemon you might get some too
wait a few days

you dont have to charge it constantly, just before you go to bed. it lasts A LONG time in sleep mode. and even when i play it its fine but i have the brightness all the way down (sensitive eyes, always have stuff on low)

No, I mean, isn't it bad for batteries in general to constantly charge them over again? I don't even know if I'm saying this correctly, it was just something the tech guy at our school was talking about

Don't charge batteries until they are nearly depleted. If you recharge them before they are almost empty it makes the battery assume that the power limit is less than it actually is. If you leave it on until it is almost dead and recharge afterwards you should be fine and have a long lasting battery life.
