Nope. So far the only thing similar is the 2 guns. But Halo isn't the only FPS that does that.

halo is one of the most recognizable that does it first(2 weapons), and its what people like now. also pic related

Pic is retarded and has nothing important to say about either games.
And you can't shoot around walls in either Halo or Duke Nukem. Only time it's useful to find cover is if you're about to die. Oh and I guess regenerating health is another similarity, but nearly every modern FPS uses it. And how do you know there's not secret levels and stuff? The only released so far was a demo...
Not to mention Duke Nukem 3D was released in 1996 and definitely did not have good graphics for its time. Doom had almost identical graphics and was released 3 years earlier.
And fuck, even if it is a Halo clone, that's not a bad thing...
