That build is for your dad or for yourself?
Build is obsolete, go with a Sandy Bridge platform

Core i5 2500K or Core i7 2600K
A Intel Z68 chipset motherboard
A better PSU at least 650w or higher if the price fits, look at 80 Plus and select known brands.
Ram are dual channel, start with 8GB
For graphics: start with a HD6870 and go from there
Nvidia: GTX 460 1GB and better.

Please, for the love of God, do not get a cheap power supply. You get what you pay for there, and one that cheap is likely to throw sparks.

Since you are using Newegg.ca, this assumes you live in Canada, unless you didn't notice it and would like to use newegg.com instead?
For newegg.ca parts comes from two locations: domestic and International

Domestic
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827136216
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119233
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115072
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832116992
$432.96

International
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136767
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125372
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139021
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820226095
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128502
$639.95

The monitor is separated from the rest, but also domestic
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236049CVF
$202.99

The OS is included, but you can remove it if you don't need it.
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit has a max. ram of 16GB.
Majority of Sandy Bridge boards supports a max of 32GB and for that your have to start with Windows 7 Professional.
Windows 7 Pro 64bit and above supports up to 128GB of ram.

Shipping charges are not included.
Total combined cost from Domestic and International
Subtotal: $1,275.90 (CAN)

Yes I am in Canada that is why I have to use newegg.ca
Is there something I have to do on the website to go to domestic or international parts?

That looks like a very good build
But would it be cheaper to get 6GB Ram?
8GB seems a bit overkill
Why not Intel Core i7?
Video Card a bit too high end no?
And possible to get a better monitor but without the speakers? ( I want to get 5.1 speaker system in the future) and also with a built in webcam if possible

You have to add parts to your cart and see where it ends up, but I guess higher shipping fees notes their from International?
On this build, SNB runs in dual channel so it's either 4/8/16/ or 32GB. No 6GB setups as that is for socket 1366. You can still get 6GB by getting both single pieces 4GB and 2GB but the pricing on that may not save you a whole lot. And 8GB isn't overkill, only gaming idiots will say it's overkill, much like what they do in the past why get 4GB? 4GB is overkill! Rolling Eyes

Core i5 2500K performs similar to that of the Core i7 2600K just without HT. Core i5 2500K is the best processor for those on a budget. You can change that to a Core i7 2600K if you're going to drop the OS and I don't see that graphic card as being too high-end also you can play more games when it comes out. for the monitor, I just pick something that is good and that is the cheapest next to the Acer which looks like garbage.

Alright I guess i'll get 8GB Ram

Well Im going to drop the OS as I have a fresh copy already
So are all these parts compatible?
I am probably going to order this in a few days
Also is the Antec 900 a better case?
I've recently become a fan of nice looking cases but they shouldnt be extremely expensive Razz

I think i'll get that monitor or something similar of that price

and do you also have any idea on some good speakers?
around $80?

Antec used to be good, the two models I liked was the P series and Sonata, but I didn't get them as it has little room to work with and you may have problems installing large video cards.
