Just ran the five mile lap I used to run before I started my Krav Maga training together with my eleven year old nephew and uncle (his father). Didn't tire me out at all. I currently have the same level of 'tiredness' as when you try to catch a bus that's about to leave the bus stop.

- Awesome.

If one person can do 50 push-ups in a row, and another can only do 25 without slowing down or stopping, wouldn't you say the first person is stronger?

That's not what I said. It's not an accurate measure of strength, but it can measure who is stronger to some degree. That being said, what is strength? I'm weaker in some areas of my lifts than others, though they're pretty well balanced.

Well yea. But you would think that a person who works out doesn't just work out there arms.

Lol, a high enough percentage of people only work out their upper half and neglect their lower half, hence the term chicken legs. Some people take it to the extreme and literally only workout bi/tri/pec/abs, leaving severely lacking Delts and Back.

Sure, lets neglect the weight and height perspective completely. Going by this logic, a ten year old who can do 20 push-ups is stronger than a 300 pound adult who can do ten push-ups. Not to mention that your physical prowess is based on a sport not aimed at fighting, while the sport I perform is. As such, even if you are in better shape, I'll still be able to break your arms, legs, or face, because I've learned techniques that allow me to do so easily. You on the other hand have spent your entire training regime on hitting a ball, and running.
