Should be pretty straight forward
I havn't really implemented any error checking yet, because it only took me 30 minutes or so to make it. When I get bored again, i'll add that. Just make sure you don't have letters for your matrix, or decimals. Negatives are fine.
All typed characters are applicable..which means all special chars as well.
To test, go ahead and decrypt this using the preloaded 1,3,3,7 matrix.

Are you aware how hard it is to find a matrix...even given one of the numbers? Why do you think this was used in the cold war and WWI?
Unless this is from some kind of geek thing, in which case I haven't seen or herd of it ._.

For command line stuff I normally just use BlueJ or notepad++. For GUIs(which I have only recently started doing) I use netbeans.
It feels good to be a month or 2 ahead of the abilities of my classmates

ive had netbeans before for something. either ms private server or runescape server
