You don't even realize the amount of satisfaction I have from going from feeling your heart beat rapidly for over 6 months to feeling nothing. Normal... again. It's incredible. I completely forgot this feeling.

I don't have anxiety all the time.
But i have panic anxiety. So I know how it feels when the anxiety feeling fades out.
Everything is back to normal and it feels so good.
So I'm happy for you.
I wouldn't stand having anxiety for a long time.
