Eh the mods for Oblivion are superior because it has a way more advanced engine and generally better graphics and more options to work with. Minecraft is just out of alpha and even though I enjoy the game I must say - it's not very advanced.

oblivion mods are only good because oblivion on it's own is unplayable without them
