I like it a lot.

The scar looks out of place, how about you have, instead of a scar, his cheek torn open and you can see inside his face? That would be more up2 style, no?

At first glance I thought it was a microphone the squid was holding. After looking at it for 6 seconds I realized it was a sword/dagger. I feel stupid.

Never the less, the drawing is great :] But the scar is a bit off, and I'm not quite sure about the tack in front of its mouth either
