| Umm, when I tried to update my signature it said I have to wait ******* seconds to change my name but I wasn't trying to change my name? What is this and can you fix pl0x?? wat

your browser is most likely filling in some info automatically for you which triggers a namechange check
See if you can disable auto complete on the profile page

Umm, I don't know what that means. And I don't think it's my browser because I tried in chrome and IE9 and i get the same problem.

Why don't you make a separate page for name-changing? Because there have been more people with the same problem since the name-change feature got added to the Profile.
