Why are you calling a usermode API from the kernel ? If you want to call a usermode API from kernel you need a usermode program that your driver triggers.

It's my own function, that's not the problem,

Things like this wont work either

DbgPrint("procid = ", input->ProcID);

and // the RPM call.
