Seems like a pretty good build to me. Everything looks alright. 630W should be enough to power your computer. I'm running an AMD Phenom II x4 + 5870 with a 700W just fine. So it should be alright. Also, i would sort of suggest getting an ATX tower instead of a MicroATX. Having a slightly bigger case could give better airflow and more room for your graphics card. But other than that it looks fine! Good luck on your build!

Thermal compound is not needed, unless you going for after market heatsink.
I would avoid Raidmax PSU, but that's just me.
Also, you sure don't don't have any budget left for sandy bridge?
Dual Core i5 with 8gb of ram is just very bad investment.

Because unlocked Sandy Bridge 2600k smokes top of line 1156/1336 processor when overclocked.
Also, overclocking to 4.6GIGAHURTZ with stock fans for the price of $216, who wouldn't want that?

Oh and I heard something about the gtx 460 price lowering because of the HD 6000's coming out. Did this already happen? Thanks.

Yes as long as in the specs for the case it states it supports matx, and also the gtx460 1gb version can be found for 169.99

Just like someone in another thread, the RAM in your build is dual channel, it needs to be triple channel.
edit: @Saif, that's a 460 SE, which is a lot weaker than the normal 460.

Also, I don't know if a 460 would fit in that tiny case haha.
