Is the wobbliness intentional? Sort of like it, even if it wasn't.
If the little man is meant to seem like he's stomping on the vid then here's some criticism:
Stiff movements, try to show more anticipation. Such as moving his arm back/up as he lifts his leg to stomp, the throw it forward/down as he stomps. And maybe lift his leg up a bit higher. It sort of looks like he's just poking it with his foot otherwise.

Actually no he was wobbling on one foot in an earthquake or something, but now that you mention him stomping I can't unsee it.
