Buy like 20 cd keys on a site fx 10 euroes each. Say you recieved no keys/keys didn't work and that you want your money back. When you've got your money back quickly activate keys on sum accounts; sell accounts. Profit.

Well, there would be quite a few ways. Here's the first one to come to my head:
Create a website with a nice graphic interface.
Make it say something like "Cheap copys of (game here)"
So if the game was $20, you could charge $5.
But here's the trick, don't actually give them the game.
