how do i make a trainer using cheat engine.

If You have a working cheat table, click on Advanced options (bottom left corner) and then "Create a stand alone trainer" (floppy icon).

All You need is to add the options from the trainer, select the process and and choose an icon for the program. CE's trainer maker is probably one of the most simple ones out there, but it supports cool features.
