After reformatting I don't remember how to get my icons to look like they used to. Before: After: Basically I'm trying to get my icons to look like what they were before. OH LOL I guess my screen brightness was too low 'cause I had to stand up close to the monitor.

You were using Windows 7 Custom theme: Shine 2.0
