Anyone who sounds under the age of 18 can't be in any anime and any character that looks under the age of 18 even if they aren't engaging in sexual acts.
It'll be illegal to purchase any anime or manga that demonstrates violence or anything that doesn't abide to Japanese law.

This is bullshit. I love how we're doing it for the children. Fuck the damn children! "Oh Timmy that's too violent!" "Oh this is going to make my child break the law!".
Japan has one of the lowest crime rates.. what are they aiming for no crime? That's impossible and censoring anime and or making it illegal isn't going to fix anything. It may increase the sell rates for senior citizens and people under the age of five.
