hai,
i am using cheat engine to speed up bittorrent and it will show that my download speed is 1.5 mbps but it not actually downloading in 1.5 mbps.

CE cannot modify network speed and bandwidth. Not directly anyway.

I think you need to click Speed hack.
Put the speed to 10x.
