okay just now i was about to call my mom it said it doesnt recognize my MIC but my mom said she can hear me perfectly but I cant hear her? is it a virus??

She can hear you. YOUR MIC works.

You can't hear HER. Possibilities:

A. Her MIC doesn't work
B. Her MIC is not plugged in.
C. Her MIC is muted.
D. Your Speaker doesn't work.
E. You have Yahoo Volume turned off.
F. All the Above?
