| because my money is ont my debit card and I dont have a credit xP I need to transfer the money to the credit and the n buy from that or transfer from the credit to paypal. and it is a pain because it is my parent's credit card.

well at least in peru you can't hook the debit cards to paypal. needs to be credit.
I think you can link debit mastercards though.
I use visa anyways.

just some years ago the PEN to $ :
1$ = s/3.5
right now:
1$ = s/2.75
also in the USA stocks market
most of the companies went down in their stocks values if not all.
not to mention the already well known ridiculously huge debt USA haves.
