How do I cheat?

I've downloaded the latest version however every time I open the downloaded file it stops responding and won't let me install. I'm using Windows 8 64bit. Any Help?

Maybe you have antivirus blocking CE installation. Be sure that you download Cheat Engine from official link: http://mirror1.cheatengine.org/download/d1/CheatEngine64.exe

Then deactivate your AV and try to download/install

And you may have to wait 1 or 2 minutes after starting it depending on some factors like internet speed, browser and anti virus

No it didn't work. I've tried turning off anti virus etc and it still wont work. As soon as I click to open it the loading circle appears then nothing. It's only when i go into task manager i see straight away it stops responding?
