For your sake, it better still be imaginary, because:

a) A system based on Flash? I won't even point out the problems.
b) That skin has never seen the light of a interface designer.
c) Windows XP ripped layout.

P.S.: How will you install a theme for an OS only one person has?

Art was just an example for whatever file type the computer's "interface" uses.
P.S.: I right click, and click another option. Then I go into "Advanced", pick Graphics. And then hit "Themes"
