Item Build:
Long Sword+2 Health Potions
Build the Long Sword into Madred's Razor
Mercury Treads if enemy has lots of CC, Ninja Tabi if enemy has lots of Physical DPS, like Twitch and Jax.
Build the Madred's Razor into Madred's Bloodrazor
Wit's End if the whole enemy team has mana, Last Whisper if anyone on the enemy team has over 150 armor, Stark's Fervor if neither of the previous ones apply.
Bloodthirster if you didn't grab Stark's Fervor, Black Cleaver if you did.
