Do I copy the contents of the Iso, or the ISO in entirety?

Ok:
Put in disk
Download PowerISO or Power2Go

Burn the ISO at THE SLOWEST SPEED POSSIBLE! (1.2 is good)

When done, reboot computer, go to BIOS menu, and boot to disk.

Install the OS.
Enjoy.

Or you could not be a complete retard, download a program called Imgburn select the .iso file you would like to burn, place in your disk and burn.

Freeware at it's best.

This. An ISO is an 'image' of exactly what the disk should be like and what it should contain. Just putting the ISO file itself on the disk will result in a disk containing that image file, not that required disk. An ISO burner reads the ISO and creates the disk it specifies. This is a very important difference, make sure you understand it.

Manually extracting the files from an ISO and burning those may or may not work, depending on whether a special burning mode is supposed to be used. Putting .CDA files on a data CD, for example, will not make a CD that can be played in dumb CD players, but burning an ISO created from a CD will.
