-So I was just wondering if any of you can give me some tips and advice ?

my pc specs-
Intel r pentium r 4 cpu 3.00ghz
windows vista home basic
VGA graphic adapter( currently I don:t have any graphics card so I can't play games, i dunno what to buy)
1gb of ram

so yah.. I want to upgrade the RAM and the core... but im worried about the core.. is it hard to install? I mean for example if I buy a AMD duo core, is it hard to install? and plz recommend me the cheappest ones but good ones.
I don:t have that much money on me xD
