Fresh install of Ubuntu couple min' ago. Installed CCSM and I noticed that I don't have cursor effects and I don't have burn or any the GOOD window effects. I also can only make my cube square :/ how do I get these extra effects??? My GPU has 1600MB of VRAM so I'm sure it will be able to handle.. Here's a screen shot(s).

What's your video card? Did you install the 3d drivers for it?

I have an integrated card so I don't need drivers. And I figured it out myself lol. I opened Synaptic searched compiz and then download "Extra compiz effects" something like that  thanks anyway

Just for further reference, ALL graphics cards need drivers to work (properly!)

| Yes, I know that, I'm talking 'bout external drivers that you're supposed to download. You don't need any of that stuff with an integrated card like you do with an Nvidia or ATI card.

Yes. You do. And do note, your integrated graphics card IS nVidia or ATI.
Integrated just means it's built into the mobo and sucks dick. You still need the latest drivers for it if you want to get the best performance for it.
