Currently converting a Playstation .BIN of the game to play on PSP.

There's a few problems.
the first is that it's not an online game.
The second is that I'm converting it to playstation portable format, not PS3.
The third is that I HAVE NO FUCKING CLUE HOW TO JAILBREAK MY PS3 FOR FREE. UAGHHH

If anyone wants, I can convert any PS1 game for them. It doesn't even have to be retail. As long as you have the bin/ISO, it's possible to convert it.

No, not because of PS3Yes. PS3Yes only implemented the fix created by open source developers, and used it to boost sales for their product. It's not hard work to copy someone else's work. Also, as of today, it is not longer possible to go online using that fix. That is of course, unless the great people at PS3Yes have found a way to circumvent the security measures implemented by Sony several hours ago.

To answer your final question, there are ways to go online without PSN. You can create a virtual network with tools similar to Hamachi, and let the PS3 connect to the PC, which will act as a gateway. This will let the PS3 think it's on a LAN network, and it allows you to play games online, with other people who use the same tool. Sure it's limited, but it's possible nonetheless.
