When I use the transform tool, I don't want the image to lose it's... pixels? I mean, when I'm about to apply the transformation, it looks how I want. But when I do, it becomes very blurry and such.
I can't think of a google term (rather, tried and failed) that suits this.
How to fix it?

| Hold shift when you expand or shrink something.

Well it's less stupid than fucking up the LxW ratio.
