Really? I did that somehow a long time ago, forgot what program it was called, something Icon.

And/or...if you want something like that, just right click on any application on your desktop and select 'pin to taskbar'.
(That's if you have Win7, if not use themes or blinds instead.  )

| I just downloaded Windows Blinds, and I downloaded the Dimentia skin cause it showed the icons instead of the program names, but I don't know how to configure it.

There aren't any. Looked through comments too.
Not sure what I'm even looking for besides 'icons for taskbar'.

by "icons on taskbar" I think he means the Pin to Taskbar option.
If so, it's just right clicking your application > Pin to Taskbar
