What part of PHP is difficult? Most problems can be solved just calling some of the thousands of prepackaged functions that come with its standard library (not to mention most hosts nowadays allow you to download nonstandard libraries).

I assume you aren't just copying code, so Ctrl+F should do for jumping to a piece of text. For specific function documentation, one can use the PHP Library/Manual.
