I had the option of getting a touchscreen computer. Unfortunately the thing wont be able to play games until theres a physical keyboard and mouse, and touchscreens are just shitty in general

No, you're a fucking retard. Its not the specs that are bad. Its the fact that lack of physical keyboard and mouse make playing games impossible. I'd pay the first man to competitive game with a virtual keyboard and mouse.
Also, why does the display picture show a mouse and keyboard with it? That ruins the entire "Touch screen" part.
@Feletcher This computer has a ATI Radeon 5770 and although its Integrated graphics, it runs games just fine
